For the second year in a row, The Houston Business Journal has named the Amputee and Prosthetic Center (TAPC), Houston, Texas, as number one on its Houston's Best Places to Work list. TAPC's parent company, TMC Orthopedic, was ranked second.
At the June 24 awards ceremony, TMC founder and CEO Joe Sansone said, "It's so meaningful to receive this award.because [it] illustrates that our company's commitment to our employees has indeed been recognized.."
The award was based on the number of responses to an anonymous online survey.
"I am so pleased with this distinction," Sansone continued, "because it illustrates what TAPC is all about: take care of the patients, and they will take care of you; take care of your employees, and they will take care of you. Without our fantastic team members and their commitment to the company and their patients, we would be nowhere."
